Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment is received.

Because many of our items are made-to-order pieces, some orders may require additional handling time. If this applies to your order, we will notify you directly.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Carriers
Golden Gallery ships using reputable carriers such as USPS.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
If you are interested in shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, please contact us prior to placing your order.
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping is not offered.
Artwork Packaging
All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. This may include protective sleeves, backing boards, bubble wrap, and sturdy shipping boxes.
Insurance

Original artwork and high-value items are typically shipped insured.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Golden Gallery is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim and resolving the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Golden Gallery is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Local Pickup (If Applicable)
If local pickup is available, this option will be clearly stated at checkout or arranged directly with us. Pickup times must be scheduled in advance.
